Brian comes from a background of legal practice and workplace training.
Brian has over 20 years’ legal experience as a Solicitor and Barrister. He has held positions with the National Farmers Federation as legal manager consulting on Immigration issues effecting Australia and as their training manager and with The Master Builders Association as their in-house solicitor and training manager.
Brian has previously been a university lecturer in Law and is currently working with the NSW College of Law training student solicitors seeking admission to practice law in Australia.
Brians legal background and that as a lifelong trainer designing practical training products has enabled us to communicate complex legal concepts into plain and easily understandable language so that our clients who are unfamiliar with the law can easily understand what is required and ensures that our DIY Packages are practical and useable for even the most novice user.

Ruby has a wealth of experience as a former Australian Department of Immigration Case Officer assessing Partner Visa applicants for over 6 years.
In addition to being a Case Officer with the Australian Department of Immigration, Ruby has held positions as a Visa Case Officer with the Canadian High Commission and the British High Commission.
Having a thorough working knowledge of Australian Partner Visa requirements, Ruby also provides invaluable insight into the internal department policies and decision-making processes of the Australian Department of Immigration.
